Description

MOMO collapsible steering-wheel hub 2008 adapts a 6x70mm MOMO-pattern steering wheel to supported BMW E36 steering columns. The current MOMO UK product uses code MK2008 and specifies a 21.2mm diameter, 66 splines and collapsible construction.

Supported application

  • BMW 3 Series E36, 1991-1998, subject to exact steering-column and airbag configuration

Safety and legal restriction: MOMO’s application guide identifies airbag-equipped vehicles as racing-purpose applications. Removing an airbag steering wheel can disable supplemental-restraint protection and may also remove horn or cruise-control functions. Do not represent this as a street-legal airbag replacement. Use only for competition/off-road applications where permitted, with professional installation and exact vehicle verification.

Kit contents specified by MOMO include fixing screws, an Allen key and a horn-button retaining ring. The steering wheel is not included, and product imagery may be representative.
