Bilstein B4 rear gas-pressure shock absorber, part 24-021555, for selected Mercedes-Benz E-Class W210 Heavy Duty applications. This is a rear-axle shock; one shock is supplied.

Supported applications

  • W210 E 200 CDI, E 220 CDI, E 230, E 250 D, E 250 Turbo-D, E 280, E 290 Turbo-D, E 300 D, E 300 Turbo-D, E 320 and E 420, 01/1996-03/2002, where Bilstein specifies the Heavy Duty version.
  • W210 E 200, E 200 D, E 200 Kompressor, E 220 D, E 240, E 280, E 320 and E 430, 06/1995-06/1999, through chassis number A394035, Heavy Duty, without ADS and without ride-height/leveling control.
  • W210 E 220 D, 06/1995-07/1999, through chassis number A394035, Heavy Duty and without ride-height/leveling control.

Fitment restriction: Do not treat this as a universal W210 or E-Class shock. Verify the exact engine, build date, chassis number and suspension equipment. Not represented here for 4MATIC, ADS or self-leveling applications.

Bilstein B4 is an OE-replacement line intended to restore original damping performance.
